Videos created using EZ Magic Video (EZMV) may not be used to promote, advertise, discuss, or used in any other way for anything illegal or immoral.

Videos created with EZMV may not in any way be used to disparage, denigrate, or embarrass any product, service, business, or person.

Videos created with EZMV may not in any way be used to disparage, denigrate, or embarrass any of the EZMV spokespersons, EZMV owners, or the product itself.

The EZMV product owners have the sole discretion to make the decision if a video(s) created with EZMV violates these terms and have the right to demand that the video(s) be removed from all locations and all copies and variations be destroyed immediately.

The person or persons creating such videos will have his/their EZMV account(s) terminated immediately along with accounts for any other EZ product or any other product created/owned/partnered by Matt Bush and banned from all future products created/owned/partnered by Matt Bush.

The person or persons creating such videos will also have his/their account(s) terminated immediately for any products created/owned/partnered by Todd Gross and banned from all future products created/owned/partnered by Todd Gross.

If this person(s) is also an affiliate for Matt Bush and/or Todd Gross, the person will be banned from all future promotions and any pending commissions, no matter what product of Matt Bush's or Todd Gross', will be immediately forfeited.

HOW YOU MAY USE EZMV: You may create unlimited individual videos to be sold to clients and customers. You may NOT create a group of videos to be sold as a "product" for a given price.

NOTE: EZMV videos created using spokespersons Todd, Jack, and Sarah CANNOT be placed on fiverr due to their own official presence on that site.
